Our learning and development service equips staff with the knowledge, resilience and professional practice required to meet the complex needs of people across England and Wales.
Our bespoke training is accredited with CPD Standards Register and our Clinical Training with Advantage Accreditation.
In addition to training, we offer specialist coaching, leadership development and bespoke programmes in areas such as Safeguarding, PECS, Regulation 44 & Regulation 45 training, Responsible Individual for England & Wales, Delegated Authority & Self Regulation, PBS, Trauma-informed Practice and PACE provides an innovative and comprehensive approach to both skill development and ongoing impact through the sharing of key documents from the session that can be used to enhance the service.
