The Tourette’s course delivered by Outcomes Consulting was invaluable. I attended the reg 80/73 training course today provided through Outcomes Consulting. I have to say it was the most insightful training I have attended in a long time. Not only were you given the information that was required, it was useful to gain the perspective from the trainer as a training provider but also to gain her knowledge and experience around being a provider herself within children services and what CIW are looking for. I will definitely be concentrating on evaluating the analysis and giving more constructive insight within my service during my next reviewing period for my reg 73/80 documents.
